Recently, the results of several evaluations on listed companies' information disclosure, ESG practices, corporate governance, and investor relations management were announced. TMT has won five awards in succession, fully demonstrating the high recognition from the capital market and authoritative industry institutions regarding TMT's standardized operations, professional performance, and comprehensive strength.

To promote compliant and effective operations of listed companies' boards of directors, enhance corporate governance efficiency, and highlight the exemplary and leading role of outstanding companies, the China Association for Public Companies (CAPCO) launched the "2025 Best Practice Cases of Board of Directors of Listed Companies'' case collection initiative, targeting over 5,400 A-share and B-share listed companies. Following preliminary review, evaluation by an expert committee, and integrity verification, 240 listed companies were selected as "Best Practice Cases,'' accounting for less than 5% of the total number of A-share and B-share listed companies.

The CAPCO "Best Practice Cases of Board Offices of Listed Companies'' case collection initiative aims to guide board office staff of listed companies in enhancing their professional competence and expertise, while advocating for and establishing industry benchmarks. A total of 344 listed companies were selected as "Best Practice Cases of Board Offices'' this year, while 316 were selected as "Excellent Practice Cases of Board Offices.'' Since participating in this initiative in 2023, TMT has received the highest honor in this program for three consecutive years.

The "2025 Sino-Securities A-Share Green and Low-Carbon Pioneer List'' selection initiative was organized by Sino-Securities Index with the aim of identifying outstanding representatives of low-carbon development practices across various industries and providing professional guidance to market participants. Based on a rigorous ESG evaluation system, this selection comprehensively assesses publicly disclosed information and the low-carbon performance of listed companies; only 30 companies nationwide received this honor. TMT's inclusion underscores the industry recognition of its outstanding practices in green transformation, social responsibility, and compliance governance.

The "SSE Eagle·Gold Quality" award selection is initiated and hosted by the Shanghai Securities News, a Xinhua News Agency affiliate, and is one of the most authoritative and influential awards in China's listed company sector. The "Corporate Governance Award" recognizes listed companies with sound governance structures, standardized operations, and outstanding performance in protecting investor rights and fulfilling social responsibilities. TMT's receipt of this award further reflects the authoritative recognition of its standardized governance by media organizations and the capital market.

As one of the most credible and influential annual awards in China's capital market, the "2025 New Fortune Magazine Best Board Secretary'' selection covered 5,267 A-share and B-share listed companies as well as 2,464 Hong Kong-listed companies. Local securities regulatory authorities from 31 provinces, municipalities, and districts participated in recommending outstanding board secretaries within their jurisdictions. The selection process involved a comprehensive, multi-dimensional evaluation across various aspects, including information disclosure, investor relations management, and sustainability. Xia Zhi, TMT's Board Secretary, distinguished himself with exceptional professional competence and rigorous professionalism, successfully winning the title of "2025 New Fortune Magazine Best Board Secretary.''

Moving forward, TMT will remain committed to becoming a listed company with efficient governance, sound operations, and an esteemed reputation, and will repay the trust and support of investors and the broader community through outstanding performance.
